Shipping

How long does shipping take? Every item is custom printed just for you. Production takes 2-7 business days, then delivery takes 3-8 business days within the US (7-20 business days internationally). You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns? Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Read our full Return and refund policy for details.

Sizing

How do I pick the right size? Each product page includes a size chart in the product description or images. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at info@therabbitrabbitstore.com before ordering and we're happy to help.

Tracking my order

Where's my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email. You can also check the status any time on our Track My Order page.
